Camier gets MotoGP debut in place of injured Hayden

Leon Camier will make꧒ a belated MotoGP debut in place 𒉰of a healing Nicky Hayden at the Drive M7 Aspar team.

The 27-year-old Englishman instead returned to WSBK as a replacement for injur💫ed riders at BMW (Sylvain Barrier) and MV Agusta (Claudio Corti) - but was also put on standby to replace Hayden at Catalunya in June, where the American ultimately made his comeback from the initial wris🐼t surgery.
However having recently undergone a second operation, Hayden will not have time to recover for the upcoming꧋ Indianapolis and Brno rounds - August 10th and 17th respectively - where Camier will take his place on the Open class Honda.
