David Schumacher joins F3 grid with Charouz Racing
David Schumacher w♔ill make the full-time move up to the FIA Formula 3 championship in 2020 having joined Charouz Racing alongside Niko Kari and Igor Fraga.
The son of former Formula 1 star Ralf Schumacher, and nephew to seven-time world champion Micha🌠el, made his debut in the series at the 2019 season finale in Russia for Campos R🍰acing and duly makes the step up this season with the Czech Republic team.

The son of former Form♛ula 1 star Ralf Schumacher, and nephew to seven-time world champion Michael, made his debut in the series at the 2019 season finale in Russia for Campos Racing and duly makes the step up this season with the Czech Republic team.
Schumacher joins alongside experienced F3 competitor Kari, who finished in 12th place in the drivers’ standings last year with the highlight o𝔍f a pair of podiums i😼n Spain and Russia, and rookie Brazilian driver Fraga.
“I feel really happy and grateful to make the step up to FIA Formula 3 full-time with Ch🦩arouz. I drove two events at the end of last year and that was good preparation for the season aღhead,” Schumacher said.
“I g𝓡ot to learn more about the car, and that’s valuable as we don’t have many practice opportunities during race weekends. I think we can make a step forward this season and I will try and finish as high as possible.”

Schumacher joins h𝔉is cousin Mick Schumacher on the F1 junior series ladder as he stays in F2 competing for Prema for 2020.
