JAS Motorsport🐻 are set to introduce a new engine into the Honda Accord in attempt to improve results in the Wor🐓ld Touring Car Championship season.

At Magny-Cours, Roberto C♛olciago was looking strong in the second race of the weekend and was battling for points with works drivers Rickard Rydell, Peter Terting [both SEAT], Fabrizio Giovanardi and James Thompson [Alfa Romeo] when he was spun out by Rydell with just three laps remaining.

Colciago eventually finished the race in twelfth place, and while team p♐rincipal Alessandro Mariani said he was pleased with the performance of the car, he hinted there was more to come.

"In the attempt to overtake him, Rydell sent Roberto into a spin. And after the race he came to apologise," he said. "We are rather happy of the performances of the car so far. ✤We are struggling for the lack of testing, but we are now working on developing new parts for transmissioꦇn and suspension.

"Soon we will also have a ಌnew engine, that will be t𝓰ested on the bench from next week."
