Confirmed to take its pဣlace on the WorldSBK calendar for just the second time in 2022, the Autodrom Most circuit has undergone furth⭕er reconstruction and resurfacing. 

After beginning its reconstruction process during January, the Czech circui🌠t has since continued with a completely new asphalt surface being developed along the start-finish straight. 

Home to one of last season’s best r🎐aces when current WorldSBK champion Toprak♛ Razgatlioglu pipped Scott Redding to the line by just 0.040s during race one, the Autodrom Most circuit has undergone changes worth up to 20,000,000 Korunas (around £670,000) thus far. 

Along with the staไrt-finish straight, the chicane at turn one has also been resurfaced, while a new drainage system has been implemented arouܫnd the 4.5km (2.7 miles) circuit. 

A concern for riders in 2021 was track safety and its run-off areas which have since been adjusted. Several corners now have an ext🔯ended run-off area, while the camber of the🎃 gravel traps has been altered too. 

Speaking about the changes, Jindrich Hrnecek, the Autodrom Most Sporting Director, said: "This year, we started already in January wor🦄king on a new drainage system with a total length of 4.5 kilometres, which is related to the previous track surface reconstruction.

"On several bends, we have e𒈔xtended the safety zones by four to six metr𒅌es and changed their camber so that they may be even more effective if necessary. 

"Of course, all of them comply with the FIM and FIA inte♓rnational regulations. Th🏅e cameras are rotating, equipped with a wiper."

This year’s Autodrom Most WorldSBK 𝓀round is scheduled to be the sixth event of the season, taking place on July 29-31.
