Russia: PICS: Sykes' race comes to fiery halt
Britain's Tom Sykes lost the lead of the World Superbike Championship after his Kawasaki ZX-10R suffered an engine failure on the third l🤡ap of Sunday's race at the Moscow Raceway in Russia.
Sykes had powered through to f🍌ourth place after starting from ninth position on the grid before his race came to a suddeꩵn halt.
The race, which ended in driving rain, was won by GoldBet BMW'sꦍ Marco Melandri from team-mate Chaz Davies with Aryton Badovini finishi💖ng third.
