2009 WSBK calendar released, no Brands.
The provisional 2009 World Super൲bike calendar, released by the FIM on Sunday, shows no round at Brands Hatch - traditionally one of the biggest events of the year - whilst confirming a return to Kyalami in South Africa.
The season also looks set to start at Phillip Island in Australia on March 1, rather than Qatar, with the desert venue reverting t🧸o round tꦐwo.
The championship remains at 14 rounds, with one 'to-be-announced' event pencilled in for September 27 in Italy, a ♓slot occupied by Vallelunga for the past two years. Monza remains 'subject to contract'.

The calendar shows that, unlike this season, the World Supersport Championship will take ✃part in the 2009 US-round at Salt Lake City.
