2025 Official Phillip Island WorldSBK Test - Day 2 as it happened

Recap Tuesday’s final day of the 2025 Official Phillip Island WorldSBK test.

The second and final day of the 2025 Philli🌸p Island WorldSBK test takes place today (Tuesday).

Jonathan Rea w𝐆ill not be present after suffering multiple fractures to his left foot on Monday, which will also rule him out of the upcoming Australian race 🧜weekend.

Nicolo Bulega was quickest from fellow Ducati rider Andrea Iannone on day one, with reigning champion Topr༒ak Razgatlioglu recovering to thirdಌ after a big morning highside.

The schedule for today's test is as follows;

11:20-13:10 – WorldSSP Free Practice 1

13:40-15:40 – WorldSBK Free Practice 2

15:50-17:40 – WorldSSP Free Practice 2

Bulega does it! With the chequered flag waving he snatches P1 back from Razgatlioglu by 0.1⛦14s to complete a perfect sweep of the four Phillip Island test se𓆏ssions.

2mins to go and Bulega hits the top! 0.163s quicker tha🐻n Iannone. The Aruba rider is fighting to 🔯keep his perfect sweep of the four test sessions.

Reddiℱng slices time off in all four sectors and sets a 1m 31.1s, which is only 1.2s off his fastest lap of the test.

Those lap times look to have prompted others to head out, 𝔍including returning Ducati rider Scott Redding.

Redding  blasts straight to the top with a 1m 32.1s, 3sec clear of Montella, and is 𝓰going even quicker on his next lap.

The track continues to dry and Montella suddenly breaks into the 1m 3🌜8s on slicks. 🌜Nagashima is hot on his heels.

The crossover point between wets and slicks will be v♌aluable information if - or when - rain arrives during the race weekend.
