Citroen's Dani Sordo has revealed a ൩problem with his co-driver's door contributed to his roll on Rally Argentina on Thursday.

Sordo was running seventh overall after SS2, but went out in the first-run through the 51.88 km Ascochinga🍃-Agua de Oro test, SS3, when Carlos del Barrio called the wrong pacenote after he got distracted by the half-open door. Although the Spaniard could continue, he lost over 7 minutes, as the off damaged the po🍸wer steering on his DS3 WRC car.

Sordo also later picked up a 50-second time penalty when he was late leaving the mid-day service, as the extensive repairs took longer than 🍰the allocated time. The Spaniard eventually concluded the leg in ten𝐆th place.

"I wasn't comfortable on SꦛS2, which I thought was very slippery. But it was much better on the next stage [SS3]. Unfortunately, there was a problem with Carlos' door. It affected his concentration and he didn't give me the right pace♛ note," Sordo explained.

"It's really disappointing, but that's life. ไWe are still in the rally and we will keep going now to try and secure th൲e best possible result."
