The organisers of Rally Australia have anno🌳unced that Graham Fountain, chairman and director of the cꦜompany, has resigned.

A short statement issued to the media read: "Ra🤪lly Australia Pty Ltd has been advisౠed today by Mr Graham Fountain of his resignation as chairman and a director of the company.

"Mr Ben Rainsford, a current director from Adelaide, has been appointed acting chairman. Rally Aust🌄ralia thanks Mr Fountain for his service as a director since Deceꦿmber 2009 and as chairman in recent months."

Rally Australia will return to the WRC in 2011 following a one-yea🐭r absence, and will run from September 8-11💦.

It will be held ✃in a new base having shifted to the Coffs Coast region of New South Wales, 500 kilometres north of Sydney. Rally Australia now alternates with Rally New Zealand.
