IRC: Cronin to begin 'steady' in Scotland

Keith Cronin will rejoin the Proton team in a second Satria Neo S2000 for the RACMSA Rally of Scotland next weekend, the penultimate round in the 2010 Interc🍸ontinental Rally Challenge.
Cronin, who recently captured his second MSA British Rally Championship title, took in the Barum Czec𝔉h Rally Zlin in late August and he recorded a succession of top ten stage times, before he crashed out.
This will be his first outi෴ng with the Satria Neo S200🌟0 on gravel and he has said he will take it easy to begin with.
"Having driven this car on the asphalt in the Czech Republic, I absolutely can't wait to get into it on the gravel," he said. "I did this event last year, but beyond t🍒he pace notes I maꦯde, I didn't really get far enough into the event to get much experience.
"It'𝔉s good to have a team-mate like Alister [McRae], I think he'll probably💫 have a good idea of what's going on up here.
"In one way I'm starting ag♌ain driving this car for the first time on gravel, but in another way I'm a ꦦstep ahead from Barum Rally already, I'm more familiar with the car and with what's going on inside the cockpit, just a bit more familiar with the workings of the machine.
"My approach will be the same as Barum, I'll start out quite steady and see how we go. At th▨e end of the event, I'd like to think we're going to be aiming for a top-five result."
