Mitsubishi boss sets modest target.

Mitsubishi team boss, Isao Torii has confirmed that their priority on the Rallye Deutschland this weekend is to complete the event with both cars in t🐼he points.

Speaking in the count-down to the eleventh round in the FIA World Rally Championship, Torii added that he has 'confidence' they can achieve this, especially after third driver and 'tarmac king'🐼, Gilles Panizzi fine-tuned the Lancer WRC05 for the German asphalt.

"It is🐬 a long time since the first sealed surface event in Monte Carlo, b⭕ut we have conducted a good test," stated Torii.

"It is a long time since the first sealed surface event in Monte Carlo, but we have cඣonducted a good test," stated Tᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚorii.

"Gilles Panizzi worked with the team during the last tarmac test and seems to have found good solutions fo🐻r the suspension, transmission, engine management and tyres for these conditions.

"Germany is a very tricky rally and we were victims of the conditions last year, but there were many top drivers and teams in the sꦬame situation. Our priority is to complete the rally with both cars in ⛎the points and I have confidence in the team and believe we can achieve this goal."

Technical director, Yasuo Tanaka meanwhile added that h🍨aving made a few sma🍌ll changes to their active differentials this should help team drivers, Harri Rovanpera and Gigi Galli.

"This event iꦡs a very specialized tarmac rally and our key area of improvement is with the active centre differential, although this is still undergoing further development," he continued.

"There are a number of small changes that𓂃 will hopefully see us with better performance on 😼this surface."
