Team boss Roush has already signed Office Depot as a primary sponsor for eight Nextel Cup races this year and the World Financial Group for a further two. After facing the prospect of funding the tea𒐪m from his own pocket this year, Roush has now got primary backing for 19 of the 36 races on the 2005 schedule.
"This is awesome," said Edwards. "The Scotts Company had success with their racing program last yea💙r and I'm proud to help them continue their momentum into the 2005 season. Together, Scotts, Roush𓆏 Racing and the #99 team will make sure that NASCAR fans have the best looking lawns and gardens across the country."
Eugene Sung, senior vice president and general manager at𓃲 'The Scotts Company' e🔥choed Edwards' excitement.
"Scotts is very excited to partner with a world-class team like Roush Racing." Sung continued, "We look forward to winning in lawn and garden on and off the track this season. Many NASC꧂AR fans love our products and we understand how🐠 important brand loyalty is in this sport."
The Scotts Company i🎃s scheduled to be the primary sponsor atꦯ the Twin 150's in Daytona, the first Atlanta, Martinsville, Texas, Talladega and Richmond races, and all three races at Lowe's Motor Speedway including the All-Star event in May.
This is a par🌺tnership that car owner Jack Roush is also excited to be a part o♊f.
"We are really happy to have Scotts back as a member of the🐷 #99 team in 2005," said Roush. "Scotts is a great partner to work with. We've had a great relationship with them and we 🦹look forward to building on that in 2005 and beyond."
Edwards will make his 14th start as a Nextel Cup driver at the Twin 150's in February and he's hoping ꩵto continue his momentum from last year over into this year.
