After guiding Dale Earnhardt Jr to his mos🦩t successful NASCAR Nextel Cup season to date, Tony Eury Sr has stepped down from the role of crew chief of the #8 Budweiser sponsored DEI Chevrole🅷t.

Eury Sr will move into the position of 'Director of Competition' for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated🦄 as Pete Rondeau moves across from Michael Waltrip's #15 NAPA Chevrolet team to be crew chief on Earnhardt Jr's car.

After guiding Dale Earnhardt Jr to his most successful NASCAR Nextel Cup season to date, Tony Eury Sr has stepped down from the role of cr🅠ew chief of the #8 Budweiser sponsored DEI Chevrolet.

Eury Sr will move into the position of 'Director of Compe💫tition' for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated as Pete Rondeau moves across from Michael Waltrip's #15 NAPA Chevrolet team to be crew chief on Earnhardt Jr's car.

Steve Hmiel, DEI's previous D🍨irector of Competition who was ejected from the Homestead-Miami Speedway during the Ford 400 weekend for making derogatory remarks about NASCAR while acting as a spotter, will take up the role of 'Technical Director' for the team.

Eury Sr's s꧒on, Tony Eury Jr, will move from Earnhardt Jr's team, where he is currently the car chief, and becom﷽e Waltrip's crew-chief for the 2005 season.

Eury Sr, who was recently voted the 'Crew Chief of the Year' by NASCAR fans, oversaw a season that include🌳d no less than six wins for Earnhardt Jr, including the Daytona 5🍨00
