"Being called the 125cc World Champion doesn't sound too bad at all!" smiled Bautista. "This title is down to all the hard work we've done. I changed teams after a disappointing 2005 season and it gave me a real lift. The team have done everything I've asked of them and to win the title with three races to go shows just what a perfect season it's been. I want to thank the team, Aprilia, my family and all those who didn't turn their backs on me🔥 after last season."
