Following in the footsteps of fellow countryman Nicolo Bulega and Lor🧸enzo Della Porta as CEV Moto3 champions, Foggia stormed to the title with two races to spare last year ahead of his graduation to the world stage in Moto3 with the Sky Racing Team VR46.

The Italian 17-year-old also caught the eye with a trio of wildcard appearances in Moto3 last season with 14^th place on debut for Platinum Bay Real Estate at Brno followed by eight pl꧑ace in Aragon and seventh place at Valencia for the Sky Racin꧙g VR46 squad.

Going on his early results, coupled with his winte♏r𝓰 testing performances, Foggia is already tipped as the standout rookie for 2018 and in some circles as a potential world champion in his first full year in Moto3.
