Fraser Rogers is set to make his Moto2 World Championship debut at the Portuguese Grand Prix this weekend, deputising 𓂃for Barry Baltus in the NTS🅰 RW Racing GP team.

Rogers will replace Baltus d🔯ue to the Belgian rider’s fractured left wrist injury he suffered at the opening round in Qatar. 

Rogers will compete full-time in the Pirelli National Superstoc😼k series in 2021, but also has World Supersport and Britiꦑsh Superbike experience. 

In addition, Ro▨gers has participated in the Red Bull Rookies Cup ꦍand Moto3, with his lone appearance coming in 2012 at Silverstone.

With that said, this will be the biggest opportunity of the 25 year-old’s career as he gets set to compete in what he c💧alled💧 the ‘coming races’. 

It remains to be seen how long the Briജtish rider will deputise for Baltus, but speaking ahead of his debut, Rogers said: "Thank you to the whole RW Racing NTS Moto2🍌 team for giving me this opportunity. 

"I honestly cannot wait to get to the track and ride the bike. My goal is to learn with every lap and improve throughout every s🅷ession. 

"I want to enjoy൲ the experience and🐲 give it my all for the team and see how we progress and where we end up at the end of the weekend."

Rogers wil🎀l not be the only rider to stand-in this weekend, as yesterday it was announced Miquel Pons would be substituting Tommaso Marcon for the MV Agusta Forward Racing team.
