Felix Rosenqvist will make a full-time switch to IndyCar in 2019, having signed a deal to race for Chi♚p Ganassi Racing.

The Swede will join recentlyღ-crowned five-time champion Scott Dixon at the Chip Ganassi squad, which has also announ൲ced a multi-year extension with primary partner NTT DATA.

Rosenqvist will repꦇlace Ed Jones in the no.10 NTT DATA Honda entry in a move that most likely en🧜ds his full-time involvement in Formula E.

Rosenqvist will replace Ed Jones in the no.10 NTT DATA Honda entry in a𓆉 move tha🉐t most likely ends his full-time involvement in Formula E.

“Coming to IndyCar and driving for Chip is just a dream come true. I’ve followed the team for as long as I can rememb꧒er, and it’s the kind of team and owner any driver would want to race for.

“Scott has had another tremendous season with three wins and a fifth tit🌳le, so you absolutely couldn’t ask for anything more in a teammate,” he added.

The 26-year-old wꦇon the 2015 European Formula 3 Championship with leading single-seater outfit Prema and tried h🌄is hand at sports car racing and DTM before most recently competing in Formula E with Mahindra.

Rosenqvist claimed three race wins during his two-year spell iꦫn the all-electric championship and finished third in his rookie campaign in 2016/17.

“Felix has become familiar with our team and has worked in our system a little bit after🌸 coming over to test with us on a few occasions,” team owner Chip Ganassi commented.

“Our management and engineering groups, along with the entire team, were impressed by his ability🌞. The time was right to get him in the No. 10 car, and I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that we are confident about what he can do behind the w🐭heel next season.
