Rock legend Sammy Hagar has only been on the Indy Racing League scene for a short time, but has already 💦agreed to ex𒉰tend his sponsorship activities to a second team.

Already a co-owner of Team KMA's Indy Pro Series operation, Hagar has agreed for his Cabo Wabo Enterprises company to sign on as an associate sponsor of AJ Foyt's IndyCar Series team, backing Darren Manning's return to the top flight championship. It is the first time in Foyt's storied career that a liquor company has been associated with his Indycar team, but the veteran is not coౠmplaining.

"I'm happy to have Sammy Hagar and his company invoꦬlved with our team," said Foyt, who is celebrating his 50th anniversary in Indycar racing this season, "Cabo Wabo is a premium tequila, and I think our race fans will show their appreciation in a responsible way. Our team will help promote responsible drinking which creates a win-win for everyone. And there's nothing I like more t🦩han winning."
