Mahindra confirms unchanged FE line-up, new powertrain partner
Mahindra Racing has confirmed an unchanged line-up of Pascal Wehrlein and Jerome d'Ambrosio for the ✱2019-20 Formula E season.
Ex-๊Sauber and Manor Formula 1 driver Wehrlein impressed through his debut season with Mahindra in '18-19, and will continu꧅e in the second year of his contract.
D'Ambrosio also returns for a second campaig♍n with the team, having scored its only victory of last season in Marrakesh.

Mahindra also announced🍸 German technology giant ZF as its new powertrain partner ahead of the upcoming season. The company previously worked with Venturi, and will be "supporting Mahindra Racing’s season six campaign with chassis 🦄development work, shock absorber provision and engineering services" through the 19-20 campaign.
"Work is already underway🏅 for the design and manufacture of the electric driveline for the 2020-21 season. In addition to the electric motor, development includes both single-gear, highly efficient transmis🌺sion and the matching power electronics," as per the team.

We were highly impressed by the performance of the ZF driveline in the most recent Formula E season and together we will be even better positioned to continue celebrating 𒉰success."
The new Formula E season getꦅs underway on November 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
