Vergne’s victory in his home ⛦city added to previous wins ඣthis season in Santiago, where he led a Techeetah one-two and Punta del Este, a race in which he brilliantly held off Lucas di Grassi following a tense race-long battle for the lead.
"What an incredible weekend. To get through to Super Pole and be 🐲on Pole Position for the start of the race was an ama🌠zing feat,” Vergne said.
“Winning my ho꧅me race here in Paris is one of the most incredible feelings I hav🎃e ever experienced. This victory was the best of my career, the car and the team were perfect all weekend long.”
Vergne praised his Techeetah team for executing what he described as a “perfect” race weekend in Paris. The🌟 Chinese squad missed out on its second one-two of the season after Andre Lotꦺterer fell to sixth having ran out of energy on a dramatic last lap.
“The pressure wa💫s really on for the team when we made the stop, but everything was perfect, from start to finish. Thank you to the team and to the fans who came to support me at home.
"I am really happy with the job we did and rest assured, we will con🌌tinue to work just as hard for the rest of the season.”
