Q&A: Robert Kubica.
Robert Kubica made a dream debut in the Formula Three Euro Series on his🔯 return to action at the Norisring, winning his maiden race and finishing on the podium in his second just months after a serious car accident appeared to have curtailed his campaign.
Just like Ayrton Senna did in the past, the young Pole made a successful start to his F3 career, but it wasn't enough for the ambitious ex-kart racer, who has had to sit out for two months while he recuperated from his pre-season roa♛d accident.

Q:
Robert, one week after your extraordinary weekend at the Norisring, do you realise♌ the level of your performance?
Robert Kubica:
No, I do not really realise it. I hadn't driven since the test session at Hockenheim in April and, when I arrived at the Norisring, my🦋 goal was to be in the top ten and to score points. So I am very surprised with this performance, but very happy!
Q:
Because of your car acci🎐ꦛdent, you missed the start of the season. At any time, did you think that you wouldn't be coming back to competition?
RK:
Just after the accident, doctors told me that I would have to wait for four months before I would come back into the series. Then, I underwent surgery in Italy that was very good for me. Doctors told me to wait f♏or two-and-a-half months, so I expected a come back at the Le Mans race, but I could come back earlier.
Q:
How is your relationship with your team-mate Ryan Briscoe? Does he regard you as one mo🦩re opponent for the championship?
RK:
I think it is ve🌼ry good to be in the same team as Ryan. He is a very good driver and he has a lot of experience. We do a good job together - we can compare data and it allows me to improve more rapidly. For sure, he is the favourite for the championship. As for me, I hop⛄e I will have a place in the top five.
Q:
What is your opinion about the series?
RK:
Before the beginning of the season, I could choose between the Formula Three Euro Series and the British Championship. But, being 18-years old, I want to drive a lot, with very good teams and very good drivers. So I chose, along wit💧h my manager, to take part in the Euro Serꦬies.
Q:
A Pole in Formula One,🐽 will this become re🐬ality soon?
RK:
If I have good results and if I work hard, why not? But, a♌t the momen🥀t, it is something that I don't think about.
