Mick Schumacher will step up to the FIA Formula 2 championship in 2019 with🎐 Prema Racing after being confirmed by the team on Tuesday ahead of post-season testing.

Schumacher will continue his lo🔯ng-running partnership with Prema in 2019 when he joins its F2 operation, and is the team’s first confirmed driver for next season.

“I'm really looking forward to contesting my next season with Prema in 𒁃FIA Formula 2 - a logical step on my sporting path in my view, because I want to further improve my technical 💃experience and driving skills,” Schumacher said.

Schumacher will feature in the post-season F2 test at the Yas Marina Circuit later this week, with running sc⭕heduled ไfor Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
