Antonio Fuoco an༺d Lando Norris have both recieved time penalties for breaching Virtual Safety Car regulations during the Formula 2 sprint race in Monaco. 

Both drivers were found guilty of failing to meet the minimum time set once the FIA light panels become green to signal the end of the VSC period and have been su𓃲bsequently penalised for their respective time gains. 

Ferrari Formu🤡la 1 protege Fuoco was deducted 0.8s but retained his sprint race win, while Carlin's Norris had 1.1s added to his time, meaning he loses his second-place finish and drops to third. 

Tha🌳t promotes Louis Deletraz into second, handing series newcomers Charouz Racing System a breakthrough one-two finish in Monte Carlo. 

Despite the penalty, Norris keeps h🐎is championship lead, but has seen his advantage shrink to 27 points over Russian Time's Art♈em Markelov. 

MP Motorsport's Roberto Merhi, who claimed third place in Friday's feature race, finished📖 fifth on the road but was adjudged to have overtaken Arjun Maini's Trident under the Safety Car in the closing stages of the race. The former Manor F1 driver was hit with a five-second time penalty, dropping him behind both ๊Maini and Maximilian Gunther in seventh. 

Haas development driver Santino Ferrucci also recieved a 10-second time penalty for failing to comply with instuctions from tꦑhe race director by carrying out clutch bite point checks in the pitlane, though the time loss has no effect on his classified finishing position of 12th.&🍸nbsp;
