Verstappen emerged on track early during the opening day of running aꦅt the Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya as he showed off Red Bull’s aggressive-looking RB1ꦯ8 design for the first time. 

Red Bull’s 2022 challenger had not been seen in public until now after the Milton Keynes bಌased outfit elected to present its new livery and title sponsorship on a showcar during its launch earlier this month. 

The RB18 has already c꧋ompleted a private shakedown at Silverstone prior to the first test, though no images were released. 

Versta🌄ppen is sporting the #1 on his car for his title defence in 𒅌2022 after beating Lewis Hamilton to last year’s world championship in the controversial Abu Dhabi Grand Prix finale. 

All 10 teams are running at Barcelona to put their 2022 carsꦺ through their paces properly for the first time as F1 begins its new era following a major overhaul to the technical regulations.  

Verstappen is driving for Red Bull throughout the opening day, before t🥀eammate Sergio Perezꦗ takes over on Thursday.
