Aston Martin poaches new F1 technical director from Red Bull

Aston Martin revealed more details about its 168澳洲幸运5官方开奖结🍃果历史:new three-prong🍨ed technical leadership team and teased the appointment of a new techniℱcal director ahead of this🔴 weekend’s Styrian Grand Prix.

And on Friday, Red Bull announced that its long-term aero head Fallows would be joining Aston Martin toܫ fill that position upon the expiry of his contract. 

The signing of Fallows is a clear statement of intent from Aston Martin, with the team looking to compete for world championships in the coming yeaꦑrs.

Fallows joined Red Bull in 2006 as team leader and played an important role in the team’s rise from podium finishers, to🍃 race winners, and eventually world champions between 2010-2013.

In 2014, Fallows was promoted to head of aerodynamics. He has since helped shaped the team’s rise to competitiveness throughout the V6 hybrid era, with Red Bull currently lead🍷ing both world championships.

Commenting on his departure, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner said: “It goes without saying that Da🧸n will be missed as he has played an importa🔥nt role during his time at Red Bull Racing and I would like to thank him for his contribution towards the team’s successes.

“We do however recog𓃲nise that the chance to take on the role of Technical Director within a Formula 1 team is an appealing next step in his career.

"In turn, this move creates exciting internal progression opportunities as we look to the future and draw from the wealth ofꦍ talent within the wider Team.”

Red Bull stressed that Fallows will not be departing until the conclusion of his contract and “remains fully focused on building upon the positive꧟ start we have made to the 2021 season.”

In Frida🅠y's press conference, Horner c﷽onfirmed Fallows would not be leaving for "a couple more years".
