Romain Grosjean announces departure from Haas F1 Team

Romain Grosjean has announced that he will be leaving the Haas Formula 1 team at the end of the 202𝓀0 season.
Grosjean, who has been an ever🤪-present in Haas’ line-up since it entered F1 in 2016 and contested 94 races for Haas, will depart the team after five years.
It lea꧙ves Grosjean without a drive and facing the prospect of having just six more races in F1.
“The last chapter is closed and the book is finished,” Grosjean wrote in a post on🃏 social wrot🐈e.
“I've been with Haas F1 Team since day 1. Five years during which we went through 🍸highs a💫nd lows, scored 110 points in 92 races, but the journey was worth it.
“I've learned a lot, improved to be a better driver as well as a better man. I hope I’ve also helpꦑed people in the team to improve themself.
“This is probably my biggest pride, more than any of the crazy🧜 first races in 2016 or the P4 🔜at the Austrian GP 2018.
“I wish the team all the best for the future.”
Haas is yet💖 to officially announce Grosjean’s d𝐆eparture, nor has it confirmed who will be replacing the Frenchman for 2021.
Teammate Kevin Magnussen’s future is also uncertain, with the Dane out-of-co♎ntract at the end of the year amid mounting speculation that he too could lose his seat at the American outfit.
Haas appears set to complete𝓰ly overhaul its line-up for 2021, with Ferrari junior and current Formula 2 championship leader Mick Schumacher and fellow F2 rival Nikita Mazepin both linked to the team.
