Antonio Giovinazzi is set to start fro𒁏m the back of the grid after picking up a five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change.

The Italian driver struggled in the wet conditions at the Red Bull Ring 💃and could onl🍬y manage 19th on the grid.

Giovinazzi spun on his final run at the final corner, clipping the barrier in the process. He tried to return to the pits but was ultimately unable to, stopping out on track at Turn 3 and caus⛎ing a red flag in the process.

The Alfa Romeo driver wi🍸ll now start from 20th, promoting the Haas of Ro🌠main Grosjean up one place.

Grosjean’s Haas team is currently under investigation for a bre🌳ach of parc ferme regulations.

He was unable to set a time in qualifying due to a technical issue but did take to♏ the circuit meaning his car was under parc ferme conditions.

The FIA statem𒈔ent said: “Car number eight, driver Romain Grosjean, took part in Q1 by exiting the pitlane at 15:47:26hrs and was under Parc Fermé conditions from that time onwards as described in Article 34.2 of the 2020 Formula One Technical Regulations.

“The Haas F1 Team did not stop working on car number eight three and a half🎃 hourꦰs after the end of the qualifying session at 20:16hrs on 11 July 2020; instead continued to work until 23:20 hrs on 11 July 2020.

“This is not in compliance🙈 with Article 34.4 o♏f the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

“I🔯n addition to this, the work carried out during this time was not under t🦂he supervision of a scrutineer and therefore unauthorised work may have been carried out.

“Thi💞s is not in compliance w🏅ith Articles 34.2 and 34.7”
