Verstappen to carry out FIA public service at Marrakesh Formula E race
Max Verstappen will serve h🐈is FIA 'public service' punishment for the fracas with Esteban Ocon at the Brazilian Grand Prix by working ဣwith the race stewards for Saturday's Formula E race in Marrakesh.
Verstappen was told he must complete community service for the FIA after 🍰physically pushing Ocon after the race at Interlago🐭s in November, the pair having collided on-track during the race.

Verstappen was told he must complete community service for the FIA after physically pushing Ocon after the race at Interlagos in November, the pair having collided on-tꦦrack during the race.
The FIA did not specify at the time what form Verstappen's public service would take, but it has emerged the Dutchman wil💙l be present in Marrakesh this weekend for the Formula E race to work with the FIA-appointed stewards.
"Max Verstappen will attend the Marrakesh E-Prix as a result of the stewards’ decision at the ꦗ2018 Brazilian Formula One Grand Prix," a statement from the FIA read.
"Vers✃tappen will spend the day as an observer to the stewards, closely following their work at a top-level international motor sport event as part of the educational ꦰand informative approach taken by the FIA in this matter."
Verstapp🌌en's public service is similar to that completed by Sebastian Vettel in the wake of his clash with Lewis Hamilton in Baku in 2017, when he appeared by video link at an FIA stewarding conference.
All sessions for the second round of the new Formula E season take place on Saturday at the Circuit International Automobile Moulay 🐓El Hassan in Marrakesh, start𝄹ing at 8am local time.
