The Belgium Grand Pꦏrix has been rumoured to be under threat for a while now after last year's promoter 🍸filed for bankruptcy. F1 tsar, Bernie Ecclestone had been linked to the circuit and was said to be in discussions to become the new promoter, but it appears that those negotiations have fallen through.

If the race is not replaced, F1 will now feature 18 races this season, rather than the planned 19. The new season 🤡k🦹icks off next month with the Bahrain GP on March 12.
