No HSE action against Manor over de Villota crash

The Health and Safety Executive has said no further action will be taken against the Manor Gr🏅and Prix Racing team following an investigation into the crash suffered by the late Maria d🍌e Villota.
de Vilota lost her right e🐲ye after the MR-01 F1 car she was driving struck a support truck during a test July 2012 at the Duxford Airfield. Though she went on to recover to be cleared to drive again in 2013, she died suddenly in October of that year as 'a consequence of the neurological injuries she suffered'.
With Manor - which was operating under Marussia banner at the time - ruling out the car as a factor in the accident in the immediate aftermath, the HSE's investigatꦬion has now come to a conclusion with the confirmation that no furt🐼her action against the team will be necessary.
"The investigation is now complete and no enforcement action 🐻is being taken. Both the company [Manor] and th🐎e deceased persons family have been informed."
