Lew📖is Hamilton and George Russell both fini𒉰shed outside of the fastest 10 drivers during practice on Friday at the F1 British Grand Prix.

Hamiltಞon suggested that part of their recovery, ahead of qualifying on Saturไday, would involve Schumacher’s sim work.

Their third driver was hard at work until the early hours, battliꦕng through the balance issues that Hamilton felt.

“It’s a tough car to drive,✤” Hamilton said about the W14.

“No matter what we do to set-up, it continues to be a tou🧔gh car to drive. On a single lap I didn’t feel any improvement between tyres, which shows that something is wrong. We𒁃’re missing something.”

Russell added: “Not a lot to take away from the upgrades 💦as such but come qualifying I'm sure we'll know where we stand.” 

Mercedes’ performance on Saturday at Silverstone will have Schumaꦏcher’s overnight stint to thank.
