The Formula 1 title battle may have a new contender emerging in the shape of Max Verstappen’s teammate Sergio Perez but can he follow up hi🌼s victory in Monte Carlo with another strong sho♉wing in Baku?
Perez, just a week after team orders told him to let Red Bull teammate Verstappen to pass, was victorious at ꦬthe F1 Monaco Grand Prix and celebrated by signing a new two-year deal with a pay rise.
But is it problematic for Red Bull to have two drivers with an eye on the chaꩵmpionship, rather than just one?
Charles Leclerc heads t﷽o Baku after a promising home race in Monaco turned sour - he had been fastest all week and was winn🔜ing the Grand Prix until an ill-timed pitstop cost him three places.
Leclerc hit 🦄out at Ferrari “mistakes” and has since been criticised by Ralp💃h Schumacher.
