Motorbase returns to British GT

Motorbase Perfomance has confirmed it will expand into the British GT Championship this season 🥂alongside its Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championshi♔p programme.
The team - which will run cars for Mat Jackson, Liam Griffin and Aron Smith in the BTC𝐆C - has announced plans to run a Porsche 911 GT3R in the GT series, where it previously competed prior to the move 🍸into touring cars.

"Porsche i꧟s a tried and trusted brand," team boss David Bartrum said. "It is familiar ground, but t🔜he car is stepping up a league. It is a new challenge, but we're going back to something we're used to doing.
"Daniele has already done some GT racing in Europe and Michael has a strong heritage in GT racing. He competed at Le Mans for TVR and raced Porsches with Mike Jordan. Danie✃le has now learnt the British♎ tracks during his Carrera Cup campaign last year.

The announcement comes after ꩵMotorbase withdrew from the Porsche Carrera Cup for the 201🅠2 season.
