Andrew Jordan will hope to build on his maiden p🍨odium in the HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship as the series heads to Knockhill this weekend for the eighth round of the year.

Jordan Jr produced one of the most impressive drives of the season in the final race of the weekend at Oulton Park to take third place, despite father Mike having earlier admitted that he didn't feel the BTC-spec Honda Integra would have t🔯he pace to challenge at the front.

Bouyed by that result, following on from similar strong drives𓆏 at Donington Park and Thruxton earlier in the year, Jordan Jr will now hope to impress again at the ch♓allenging Fife circuit this weekend, with the teenager confident of another strong showing.

"It was just an unreal feeling to🌄 be on the BTCC podium," he said. "With the pace the cars have got I'm sure we can be up there🍸 again. To do it at this level and be up on that podium was amazing."

Father Mike endured a frustrating weekend at Oulton Park after an accident in the opening race forced him out of the remainder of🦩 race day, but he said he was looking forwar🐷d to the Scottish race weekend.

"Knockhill is fantastic," he said. "It's one of my favourite circuits. We run the car very short geared there because the maximum speed is not very high and we use the shortest൩ sixth gear of the season at Knockhill."
