Christian Iddon come out 𝓀quickest on a drying track at Oulton Park as showery conditions threw a curve ball into preparations for Bennꦯetts British Superbike qualifying this afternoon.

With the best of the lap time𝕴s coming in the final seconds as the surface began to offer up grip, Tyco BMW’s final effort of 1min 41.480s put him clear of second place man Andrew Irwin with the Honda Racing rider almost two seconds in arrears.

With the inclement conditions mixing up the order somewhat, Joe Francis was third best on the Lloyd & Jones Bowker PR Racing BMW, ahead of Quattro Pla🍎nt JG Speedfit Kawasaki’s Glenn Irwin and leading Be Wiser Ducat man Scott Redding. 

Getting useful wet weaܫther mileage on the RAF Regular & Reserves Kawasaki, rookie Ryan Vickers was sixth bestജ from Peter Hickman and Friday’s dry track pace setter Josh Brookes. Matt Truelove and Luke Stapleford rounded out the top ten.

Jason O’Halloran suffered a tumble at Lodge on the McAMS Yamaha but was unhurt, while OMG Suzuki opted agai🏅nst sending either of its riders out i🍰n the conditons.
