Andrew Irwin will step-in for the injured Shane Byrne and join brother Glenn 🎃in the Be Wi𓆏ser Ducati squad starting with round four of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at Snetterton this weekend.

Reigning BSB champi𝔉on Byrne is currently out due to serious injuries sustained at the official test at Snetterton last month. Byrne has left hospital and has started his extensive recovery process from his numerous injuries which include multiple neck fractures, a broken septum and bro🉐ken ribs.

PBM Ducati team owner Paul Bird has cal💜led on the 23-year-old Andew Irwin, who currently competes for the CIA Landlords Insurance Honda squad in the World Supersport championship, and has won British Supersport leve🐼l.

Both PBM riders are testing at Knockhill today before t✃he Snetterton round this weekend.

Irwin’🗹s inclusiཧon sees two pairs of brothers on the 2018 BSB grid with both Tarran and Taylor Mackenzie competing in the series this year.
